My nails always come out amazing no matter who I go to, I usually get services by the owner but the last 2 times I was serviced by Jenny and she was a...mazing as well. The attention to detail is amazing my nails are always spotless. I work in the beauty industry as well and always have to show my hands, i also do many photoshoots where my hands are showcased so having a perfect mani is essential, they always take great care of me. I get the Russian manicure and pedicure. Oh and the coffee is the best too 🤩 I attached photos of when I first started with Yusi to my latest mani so you guys can see the growth in my nails 100/10 Show more

Left since I was waiting for an hour, only for someone else to come in after me and get worked on first. I was willing to put my appointment 30 minute...s later when they asked, but by the time I left, it had been an entire hour and half since my original appointment. P.S. In response to the reply below: And yes, I did wait an hour. I got called at 12:26 to get there at 1:30 because the tech was behind by 30, so I got there at 1:36, and was told that it was going to be a while, again. Understood, not an issue, but I was still waiting by 2:29, told my husband and left at 2:30. My original appointment was for 1pm. I provided photos since it's so hard to apologize for not valuing people's times, regardless of the season. Notice how it says, "waiting time: 0 minutes." The person below me did wait a while, I have no doubts, considering how poorly you guys dismissed us, and I feel sorry for her child too, since that little baby had to wait alongside us. You could've been more considerate to her since she had a child. If I can give you nothing, I would. Absolutely disgusting behavior and response to my claim. Can't deny it now, though, so congratulations. Blast us on your IG page all you want, but you should have expected a fireback. Thanks for the water, btw. At least you made sure I stayed hydrated. We appreciate everyone’s review to work on what we need to change. But in this case you didn’t wait an hour, you left after 15 min, the person she did before you it was a man pedicure , he had an appointment before you he was just waiting in the car. We are in Christmas season, everyone wants designs and we don’t even have breaks to eat we appreciate all our clients to come with time since we work back to back. I just ask for a little understanding.

Time is valuable, this never h...appens at the other nail place I go to 🙄 As much as your response is appreciated, you have no actual proof that I wasn’t waiting an hour but if you have cameras and pull the vid, you’ll see I was. Aside from the wait, my nails did come out great. Rather than deny my claim, just apologize and keep it moving. Now you lost a customer but it’s not like you care based on your leas than empathetic response. Maybe you’ll think more before responding next time someone else has the Balls to say something. We alway start the removal process and we provide the customer service before a nail tech start working on you.
