Great service, work was fast and even styled my hair although it wasn’t included in the service I selected!!!

I'm very disappointed in the outcome. The same day that I got my hair done, butterfly locs, they were sliding right off and my head was very heavy due... the hair. I explained that and had to go back the next day to get them fixed. A very huge inconvenience. She went back and crocheted some of them to keep them sliding which is what she should've done from the start. She was suppose to take some of the hair out so they wouldn't be so heavy but that didn't happen. I asked her for a refund of half my money back because I had to take my hair down due to neck strain from the locs. She refused to give me a refund. Needless to say I will not be booking her for any more business. A waste if time and money. I just read your post and you are still not taking accountability for what you did and didn't do. I did tell you about having alopecia when we spoke on the phone as I do every stylist to make sure you are aware and can accommodate the style. Show more

Greetings, I did your whole head over and also took the hair out at the ends of all of them and cut them down. Again sorry about the inconvenience as well as your neck and I will suggest in the future going with something light and something you're used too since you do have alopecia, which wasn't stated until you came and I still did my due diligence. I've never had any problems with any hairstyles that I have did especially locs and I granted to service to you exactly what you asked for and the picture you showed me as recreation so it's no need for you to bash me on anything when I've been very professional about it all. I also allowed you to see your hair each time which, I do for all clients. You also asked for a refund back for the service price, plus the price you personally paid for your own hair; which could not be accommodated. Thank you for booking and there is the policy for you to refer back too .
