”I had quite a mixed experience. Upon arrival the stylist was friendly, and helpful. During my session, I asked to see a mirror so I can check in on ...the progress, my request changed the tone of the appointment. I asked for 2 rows of feed in braids, and I felt the bottom row wasn’t feed in, I mentioned my concern. The stylist became extremely rude, mean, and hostile after I spoke up politely and checked in. My braids came out nicely but the experience was negative.“ Show more

”Well im glad that you were happy with the end result but I think it was unfair that you kept stopping me every 10 minutes to check your braids and even start to cry because you had bad experience with. Other braiders this type of behavior makes it difficult for any stylist to finish your hair in a happy mood. You made the environment very uncomfortable because you kept stopping me over and over again just for you to look in the mirror.....“

Before this appointment I haven’t put heat in my hair for about 4-5 years. My hair is now in very loose curls n there are still bone straight pieces all around. I dm’d the Instagram account just on suggestions on how to get my hair back and have still not heard back. My curls were very healthy and I am upset that they are now damaged :(“ Show more

”So soory this happened to you. It looks like the heat it takes to do a slik press was to much for your hair and if you dont straighten your hair every now a then. Then how would you know that it couldn't take it? so what I suggest is that you use a clarifying shampoo to take any build up on your hair off then do a co-wash with a great conditioner and see if that help you.“
