I rated it a three because unfortunately I was not able to get my lashes done due to the tech being out sick and wasn’t able to make it. I didn’t find... out until I was half way through my scheduled pedicure. It’s unfortunate she got sick and definitely out of her control. Hopefully I can try again soon. I was able to get my gel-x by Kevin and I’m not sure who completed my pedicure. But they were both professional and nice. Show more

However, I would like to clarify a few points: 1/ When you arrived, I informed you there would be a 20-30 minute wait because your nails needed to be soaked off first - a service that wasn't added when you made your booking. 2/ I also notice that you had rescheduled for 5 PM yesterday but didn't show up for that appointment. Our goal is to provide timely and quality service to all our clients. To help us better serve you and other customers, we kindly ask that: Please include all needed services when booking (like soak-off) Let us know in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule Honor the appointments you schedule We value your feedback and will continue working to improve our scheduling system.
