Traditional Quick Weave w/Leave out

This was a disappointing appointment for me. She was very sweet, made sure I was comfortable with every move she made and the atmosphere was nice coul...d've been better. The disappointment came in when I saw myself in the mirror and it was nothing like I asked her to do. We continued to reference back to the inspiration for my style as she was doing my hair. I was turned away from the mirror during the entire process just trusting her to execute the plan. Once again, I am not at all upset with her quality of service or the communication she gave. We talked a little and had a few laughs but I would have had more respect for her business had she admitted that she was not able to do what I was expecting. I cried when I got home because as a woman, my appearance is very important to me and I in-fact did not feel beautiful but the opposite. I still paid her for her time and labor but I will not be returning. I hope that she continues to flourish in her work and that she has the upmost success. Show more

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your hair. I always strive to meet my clients’ expectations, and I did my best to execute the style based on the reference you provided. However, I feel that I wasn’t able to fully understand your vision, as the style was only shown to me once close to finishing , and there were challenges in communication due to your focus on your phone during the entirety of the appointment.
