Been coming to get Nailed since 2022 and haven’t had a disappointing moment yet. The tech is so professional and is a great conversationalist. There h...as never been a time that I didn’t like my nails or the service given. 1000000/10 been on a 2/3 week rotation for 4 years 😅 I should probably take a break. The vibe of the salon was nice but at the end of my I was very disappointed. We spoke 2 weeks before my appointment we discussed that I'll be wearing ...soft pink n white for valentine's day I can't figure out why in the world would she put a black base and hot pink on my nails. I also booked a freestyle with more detail, why was every nail the exact same,I asked for bling recieved 1 rhinestone. The acrylic and polish application in my opinion was a tab bit sloppy. My expectations were high and I was completely let down ended up have to pay another $70 elsewhere to get a new nail design.

Hello. I always tell my clients to START with communicating with the service provider about being disappointed . So it's deeply unfortunate that you never told me you had a problem with your set. You actually left your appointment happy with no issues. So a 1 star review for someone you never expressed an issue with is very hurtful. I also don't do sloppy work, maybe back when I was a beginner but definitely not now. Oh and remember..... I didnt even charge you for the jelly polish add on! ( sounds courteous to me)you also had blooming roses on 8 fingers ...that's at least a $150 job, which you didn’t pay that!!!!! 🫠and I also VERBALLY told you the jelly was neon pink! whenever you sit in front of someone and get a service done, be honest and SPEAK UP so they can change what you don't like, but when I don’t know it’s a problem how can I fix it? I just saw a negative review and I’m shocked because I had no idea you weren’t happy with your service!!!! 🤔So....we've come to the conclusion that you saw what was on your nails before you put your hands in my UV lamp and never said a word! 😬 So with all due respect, I have no idea what truly caused your friction... and it's heartbreaking 💔that I feel you wanted a reason to leave the very FIRST negative review on my site. But I pray and hope you find a nail tech that fits you better. And PS: you just needed a little cuticle oil in your picture that's all.🙏🏾 #godbless
