I booked an appointment I even called this morning to confirm. I get there only for the “hair stylist” to tell me that she doesn’t specialize in “curl...y hair”… I was only there for a wash and set. You don’t need to be an expect I didn’t ask you to style curly hair I asked you to blow it out. As a stylist if you can only do one hair type maybe you should advertise that instead of having someone drive all the way there for you to then refuse to do their hair. Offered me no other options just said she can’t do it. I’m actually so surprised this is the first time this has ever happened to me

I don't know what poor quality product they used that gave me an allergy and the girl burned my eyes with the wax. I don't know how to proceed to get ...this fixed.
