Im sorry things didnt workout and i offered to compensate. You booked on a Sunday morning an hour before your selcected appointment time, yes i changed the time but i also verified with you the time and service change before moving foward with the appointment. And yes i did leave and come back but that was after you were already late and we discussed both situations. But again i am sorry you were not satisfied with the service.
