I was nervous to get my pup groomed as her nail trims were a stressful experience for her. My dog is a rescue and is super friendly but if she’s uncom...fortable she lets you know. Upon greeting Kerry, my dog warmed up quickly and I felt comfortable leaving her. Kerry sent a picture during the grooming. When I picked my dog up, she was enthusiastic and happy. She looks and smells great! I’d recommend if you are hesitant taking your dog somewhere unknown. Kerry is a good communicator and my dog is borderline medium but she charged her the small dog price.

Guinness, an English cream Golden Retriever, always comes home feeling soft, smelling wonderful, with a fresh, neat, trimmed appearance — and she know...s it! And she LOVES her scarf wardrobe that Kerry gifts, and wears one every day. Kerry communicates well with grooming progress to provide me with a pick up time. Also calls or texts if there are any questions or issues. The only complaint is that PLP Grooming isn’t closer to my home! 😄
