If I could do negative stars I would! This is how TERRIBLE her service is. My first appointment that I booked with her EVER, she said her appointment ...ran over and asked if she could push our time back. So being me and understanding I pushed the time back but I got to the salon before she did I found out when I arrived that she wasn’t even there and she didn’t arrive until 20 minutes later and I was already on my way out the door. Then she had the audacity to try to charge me full price until I called her out on it so she took off “$10”. I told my husband however he told me to give her the benefit of the doubt because things happen so i decided to give her another try for my Thanksgiving hairstyle because everyone else was booked and she’s the only one who had availability . We booked my appointment at 3:30. I call to just make sure the salon is open and she said yes but she would be 15 minutes late. Red flag #2. I am pressed for time and needed my hair done for Thanksgiving so I decided to just go ahead and show up at my appointment. I sat outside waiting for her for a whole HOUR. I’m in her chair and due to her being an hour late couldn’t get the hairstyle that I wanted which was a rod set, so in her seat I had to figure out a last minute hair style just to get something done. She finished my hair and it was time to go and she said she will not discount my service because she discounted it last time (due to her being late) and I would have to pay full price. We sat in her seat and literally argued back and forth on why I DESERVE an accommodation for my time and still not be able to get the hairstyle I wanted. She then mentioned that she gave me the two curly pieces in front of my hair free and usually she charges $10 when this isn’t even the style I Originally asked for and she thought she was doing me a favor?! So I paid my full price and told her she will never get my money again and I will NEVER come back to her. I don’t mind going to people and supporting and even tip for their service. I will never sit in someone’s seat and expect a discount and not to pay full price because as a former service provider your price is your price. I say all this to say she is a TERRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER do NOT give her your money because 9/10 she will be late. Show more
