You booked with me last minute and I already had two clients in front of you, also your appointment got pushed back 1 time not 3 times. On top of that I was communicating with you the whole time and asked you was you on a time frame! You said you had an appointment but you were able to pushed that appointment back, I literally got you done in 1 hour & you loved your hair. If there were any problems with the timing I could have simply cancel your appointment and refund you but you didn’t once say anything about the time ! Communication is everything !!! That’s why I communicate with you the whole time. I’m apologize for the misunderstanding and hope you find a stylist that can accommodate all your needs, just remember booked your appointment ahead of time. I am human and it’s only one of me.
