I am sorry your experience was not to par, first and foremost i would like to address the bathroom situation, we have 4 bathrooms in the salon only one is out of order the owner is trying to get it fixed but cannot get the building owner to fix it properly. Had you asked i could have directed or walked you to one of the other 3 bathrooms 2 of which are right next to my suit. I am also sorry you felt that the bowls are uncomfortable. I have no control over that and we do our best to make them as comfortable as we can. Now to address your hair, we had a consultation before I got started on your hair and I recall letting you know that black to white in one setting is near impossible to achieve with many years of black color repeatedly put on the hair and that your roots would more than likely go white and the ends would be darker and it would take more than one session to get them the color you desire. But that we could do another session later in time and I could pick thoes peices up and keep working on them over time to achieve the color you want. I toned them to the best of the ability of a toner that day to make them as un brassy as possible. Black to blonde/white is technically a color correction and way more expensive then what I charged i figured I'd do something nice as you were on a budget and so close to Christmas and kept you around the price of what you booked for. Then when you called back and asked for me to tone it darker I gladly did so, let you pick a toner,
