I'm giving 3 stars because i booked an appointment for an open time (5:15 pm on July 1st, 2024) with Carlos. I got notifications that the appointment ...was confirmed. I show up and Carlos is nowhere to be found. The lady (didn't catch her name) was nice and said she'll text him and told me to hang out. She was nice and awesome!
