Booked for 90 mins but unfortunately they did count time for getting ready and and waiting on the table for the lady,difficult to communicate with the...m to tell our issues and doesn’t focus on the problems they take on the form, the massage lady doesn’t understand what we talk about the issues too and on top of that they are demanding for the tip. Response: 3 mins delay led to missing 20 mins, other places don’t count the waiting time and changing time. May be some therapists are great, but people who get therapists who can’t communicate well to understand the issues and also won’t take the intake form to understand the problem, will be a waste of time and money as we pay for our service.

Your lateness wasn't our fault. You called three minutes before your scheduled time and asked to change the time. We couldn't do that. We had other customers. And we gave you 90 minutes. And yet, you still refused to pay the tip because you didn't have your wallet. Sorry, please find a place that suits you better. Thank you again.

Deep tissue massage was not to my husbands liking. Massage seemed to be more of a Swedish massage and a lot of areas were missed.
