Not personable nor is he welcoming. Body language gave off he didnt want to be bothered. My 4 yr old son gets antsy and moves around at times but I ho...nestly never seen him yell out the way he did while getting his hair cut. He only had the afro part of his fade left to do and then all of a sudden said we had to leave due to loud noises. He never attempted to try and help calm him down nor take his time to make my son feel comfortable as a FIRST TIME CUSTOMER! Sir, if you dont have patience for toddlers then dont accept them as clients! Show more

Thank You for sharing your concerns, @ A cut above barber and beauty all ages are welcomed, due to the overwhelming circumstances that your toddler presented upon arrival, it is my duty as a professional to make sure I follow the guidelines of the establishment where I provide service, to maintain a professional decorum. It is required that each suite owner monitor how our guests conduct themselves as well as stay in compliance with noise guidelines, in efforts to do so I had to make a decision to protect the interest of the other business owners that were rendering services to their client I hope you find a barbershop that can accommodate your needs.
