I booked a 10am appointment. Made it to the appointment 15 mins early and was told she attempted to contact me to change. No, voicemail left. Was aske...d to come back at 2 and still had an hour wait. The parts are uneven. Half the braids are knotless at the top and box braids at the back. Show more
