I think Kayla is an amazing tech. Her work is unmatched, however, I was unable to get my nails done on our scheduled appointment date because she didn...’t show up. I scheduled my appointment in advance and was given no warning that my appointment would be cancelled. Part of the reason I took so long to return is because of the consistent tardiness or the need to reschedule. Even in this, I wish Kayla the best. Show more
