Hi Gaby, I’m truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced. I completely understand how valuable your time and energy are, especially when traveling from Nampa. I would never want to cause a client to feel disregarded or undervalued. That said, I’d like to clarify the situation from my end. Our original appointment needed to be rescheduled due to my child being sick, which I appreciate you understanding. For our new appointment, you made it clear that you would only be able to come after 8pm due to your work schedule. I agreed to take you at 8:30 even though that is past my working hours. When my extended family arrived unexpectedly- (most likely assuming I was done with work) I reached out to you and kindly offered to still take you that same night if you preferred not to wait until the following evening. I was only asking if you would be okay to move it to the following night, however I was not canceling on you. You had let me know that you had an event on Saturday night and I had promised I’d have you in beforehand. I wanted to honor your time and event and tried my best to accommodate despite the circumstances. I understand that it didn’t feel professional to you, and I take that to heart. I never intended to come off unreliable, and I always strive to be respectful of every client’s time.
