I am brand new to Florida and she was very helpful with recommending what to do to my hair to ensure that it stays soft and not get to dry or damaged.... She recommended a specific oil for my hair as well as shampoo and conditioner to use. She went as far as to tell me to consider getting a water softener. Very professional.
