Hi Ebony, thank you for the feedback. I just wish you could have sent me a personal message so we could talk about it. When we did your daughter’s hair previously, we used a red color, and red is a primary color, so it can sometimes behave differently depending on the hair and previous color history. Because of that, we also have to be careful with lightening—pushing the bleach too far can compromise the hair’s integrity, and protecting the health of the hair always comes first. I’m always happy to communicate and find a solution if there are any concerns. I appreciate you letting me know. 😊
