Hi Jessica, We appreciate your feedback. Online bookings are an automated process that send automatic messages when bookings are made. Unfortunately, your appointment went to the spam box so l didn't realize you made an appointment. I called you the day I seen the appointment which was Thursday @ 5:13pm and I left a voice mail letting you know to give me a call back to set up your consultation/ deposit as a first time client. We had some technical difficulties the past few days with our booking link so It is our sincere apologies that we could not get In touch with you. Wishing you the best on your journey. Take care
