Two Strand Twist

My appt was at 12pm 8/25/24. She cancelled the appt when I was halfway to the location on 8/25/24. I advised her days prior to the appt that I had an ...interview on 8/26/24. Initially, She called me to confirm appt at 10a on 8/25/24 and then 1hr later she calls me to say that she was running late and could I be there at 1pm-1:30p, I said ok. I went to the hair store to waste time and then she calls me again 15 mins later while I was parked in hair store parking lot and she says she got put out of the shop and she could no longer do my hair unless she could come to my house and do my hair…meanwhile I am on her side of town already…she says she lives far away so do I on the opposite side of town. At that time I bought a headband wig for my interview. She then cancels due to whatever calamity she was experiencing at the time. She tried to reschedule late evening for the next morning which is the day of my interview, which did not work for me at all. After I posted this review she called me on the phone all LOUD and WRONG screaming about whose fault it was and why did I post this review, I said what I said and she hung up on me, instead of apologizing and making it right. I sent her a FB msg replying to her hang up call and blocked her on all platforms and my phone as she started calling me repeatedly. The lesson here is: 1st impressions are lasting impressions and this was a complete disaster, disappointment and disrespect to my time, energy and gas. Don’t do business with this obviously dysfunctional person. Show more

Unfortunately as we spoke on the phone appointment was cancelled by owner of shop I was at , at the time. As stated I did try to accommodate as client stated, as well as stating she bought a wig; I even then I tried to rescheduled for the morning after in which she declined . I indeed apologized and tried to accommodate over 24hrs before review being posted….
