My first time using her and my appointment was pushed back strike one... then the service i booked for was the wrong one she stated it was a differen...t price and a increase of $20.00 strike two.... the add ons was an extra $10.00 strike 3... which wasnt even on the service page... when i reached out about it she stated that she was new to boosky and was setting up her profile...the hair appt was for my daughter and she didnt put an age group to determine the age range.. she has it under just kids...so when my daughter arrives to her appt she said she has to pay the adult price... very disappointing and bad customer service...if you dont have your profile together you shouldnt be taking clients thats my opinion because it will cause alot of problems and you will lose clients verses keeping them but my daughter likes her hair and that is all that matters Show more

”Absolutely will not come again. I did not complain not once the entire time. The parking is very small and strict. Someone took up 2 parking spots an...d I was asked to part in the back of the building on grass. I was told again to correct my parking into a straight line “on grass” when someone in the front was taking up 2 out of the 5 parking spots they have available. She was 30-45 minutes late, which should automatically deduct money from the hair fee. She worked on someone’s else hair while do“ Show more

”Zero stars/would not recommend. This girl is very unprofessional and rude beyond measures! My daughter’s appointment was at 12:00pm, she did not star...t on my child’s hair until 1:45pm, then by 2pm she’s calls me telling me that she’s not going to do my daughter’s hair because she keeps crying. Since nothing was done to her hair I requested a refund b/c she charged my before starting her hair. She said no and then she started with the disrespect and calling on my child out of her name. I'm very professional and my work speaks for itself. But one thing Ive learned as a stylist is you can't please everybody. And I ddnt call your child out her name why lie? Your mad cuz you paid for my time and thats that!
