I arrived on time and had to wait at least 30 min before getting in chair. Basically he lined my son up instead of getting a haircut. Got home my husb...and could barely tell we just got a haircut. Wasn’t a pleasant experience would not recommend or be returning wasn’t very friendly at all! I don’t know who wrote the previous reviews on Willy about him being patient and kind to kids because he didn’t say one word to my son which was the client. Wouldn’t have minded the wait if there had been better service. Show more

This was our first time at the shop, and we spoke to two barbers; being unfamiliar with the barbers I asked one to direct me to Willy Cruz. He (I didn...’t catch his name) was directly across from Willy and both were kind. Willy did a great job on my son’s hair (thick and coarse) with a bald fade and curls at the top using the sponge brush. Willy completed the process in about 20 minutes, and my son was satisfied.
