This visit she helped get my natural hair on back track from being damaged by doing a hyd...ration treatment, using a high frequency electric comb to stimulate hair growth and cutting all the damaged hair off. She styled me with a silk pressed bob cut. I will definitely be continuing these treatments. Show more

Very pleased with her service. It was our first time meeting and we had a great conversation with definitely go back again.. Update… two days after g...etting my hair done my hair started lifting from ear to ear and I reached out to her and she told me she was on vacation so no problem even though I was super inconvenienced because it was my husband‘s birthday. I still waited for her to get back on her, timing reached out to her, and she completely ignored me. My pixie literally lasted four days and I had to glue it down three times out of those four days for it to last the weekend because she was no help. I was nothing but respectful paid my money with no problem didn’t question the price or anything very very very disappointed and before I left her original appointment I was originally going to pay the deposity for my next appointment because I did like my experience. in a situation like that, I wouldn’t have even cared for a refund even half off on the next appointment or something anything any type of empathy, but I received none. Hi Marsha, I’m sorry to hear you were unhappy with the longevity of your style. Before the install, I explained that my shortcut styles typically last 4–6 weeks with proper care, and that sweating can cause early lifting. You acknowledged that you sweat, and I specifically advised against wearing a bonnet, as it traps heat—which you later mentioned doing. You said the cap lifted after four days, but I received a message from you the very next day, so the timeline is unclear. When you contacted me, I was out of town and unavailable to respond right away. You also mentioned you had locs before and don’t usually wear quick weaves, which can affect how long styles hold. I’ve done this shortcut for over 20 years, and based on the info you shared, I don’t believe the lifting was due to the install. I understand the frustration, but a one-star review doesn’t reflect the service you received. You came on a promo day at a discounted rate. This isn’t about money—it’s about being honest about what actually caused the cap to lift. Again, I appreciate your feedback and am sorry the style didn’t last as expected. Best,Jada 💋
