I asked for comb coils, but unfortunately, the stylist got the comb stuck in my hair during the process. Despite trying for a while to remove it, she ...wasn’t able to, and we ultimately had to cut a section of my hair. It was a really disappointing and stressful experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it based on what I went through.

I showed up and the shop was closed. Last time I had an appointment here I had to wait for over an hour while she did someone else’s hair.
