She got the nerve to come at me about doing the right thing, when she know that she didn't do my hair right..in the first place, she did'nt do the rig...ht style. Or else I would'nt of have gave her this review etc. I got African American new growth and i am obviously not spanish. The hairstyle was not done the way I wanted it to be done. I felt like it was a lazy service. Which, I didn’t experience the first time I got my hair done there and It's only my 2nd time there. On top of that I showed her photos of how I wanted it done and if she couldn’t curl my hair or add rods (hair rollers) to style it that way, she could have just said that from the jump, which IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO. However, I still paid full price smh Also, after I was able to see my hair after she felt finished. When I seen that she didn’t do curls similar to the photos that I showed her. I then asked her “ what type of rods that I would need to create the curls in the pictures ?” She then explained to me of what type of rods I would need. Therefore, SHE WAS AWARE. If I was the hairstylist I would also take that question as the customer not being satisfied with their hair respectfully. On top of that, I was on time for my appointment and I patiently waited awhile for an hour to get the services, way past my appointment time. Plus, after admitting to her that I was'nt satisfied, she did'nt even resolve the issue. She pretended like she wanted to. Show more

Good morning. I wasn’t aware that you were unhappy with your hair because you never expressed that to me (you seemed satisfied). If you have we could have resolved it (I would have been happy to fix it) It has been almost a week and I haven’t heard anything about this matter till today in this review. When you’re unhappy with something the right thing to do is directly let them know right then.
