I been looking for a braider for my daughters hair in San Diego since where im from its hard to find someone that does braids. I called and they got m...e an appointment right away and the price was great for what she hsd done. Mukuwa did an amazing job on my daughters hair. Her hair looked beautiful. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. When I arrived there was a woman asleep on the couch. They dont know how to do TEMPORARY Locs. My REAL hair is loc'ed in with... this braiding hair. I booked for passion twist and brought marley hair, which is typically used for that style. When told I dont have the correct hair for them they offered styles that they could do with this hair. The customer service thus far was very good. After showing me a video along with pictures I agreed to said style (faux locs). However this is nothing like what was shown to me. I DID NOT ASK FOR THIS. I do like this style on me but after being able to take a closer look at what was done to my head, this is unacceptable. The parts were done very poorly, pulling my hair is multiple different directions. I am not even sure what style parting this is. Typically with faux locs they braid your hair or braiding hair underneath, and will wrap Marley hair around the braid. My hair was loc'ed into some, braided at the root for others, while ALL locs had my REAL hair tangled in every loc. They will not refund you your money. I had to take these not even 48 hours after I got them. Very sloppy and lazy. If I could rate this place lower than a zero I would. Show more

The service it's excellent here and they have really good prices, I loved the vibes of the place it was really comforting and Mercy and Magali they d...o and incredible job and service, they really take the time doing the hair and I'm just in love with my box braids and they do so many different styles that are soo beautiful and they also do Men hairstyles as well and kids, if I could give 100 star I'll definitely would, the prices are really good and I'm super happy with my braids. Oh went to the shop first thing I was asked do i have cash i said yes then I asked do they wash hair they washed my hair in cold water the lady aske...d me me what did I want I showed her the picture she said ok they said that was knotless, so they said something about doing box braids i repeated that i would like what the pic looks like then the lady next to me was getting exactly what I wanted so I said oh that's what I went right there they said OK I was falling asleep but when I woke up I noticed that she haven't put the color in that I brought so I kept saying could you put the color in the front? She kept saying OK then they asked me do I speak Spanish? I said no but my phone translate very well so then they begin to talk about me. It was late so when I got home, I didn't like it. I called very early in the morning told lady I didn't like it. She said OK we can fix it then when I get there, . She wants to charge me to fix my hair the lady took the first braids out before the owner got there so I'm sitting there with hair out my hair while she telling me I need to pay more and I don't have any money then I said u can give me 4 braids then she tells the lady to give me 4 braids she made sure to tell the work 4 ok 4 say give me four braids She gives me four braids then she says she can fix it for me the next dsy . I say OK I'll leave. I come on the next day She still wants to charge me so I give her $50 she says for the whole head so I just gave her another 50 $ paid 220 the other day and it wasn't right then she decided to say well my works need to be paid in my hair needs to be done right but then after she finished, she says let her take picture so she can show her girls. This is how it was supposed to be done so I meant that you knew it was wrong but yet you still charged me $100 to fix it where they do that at 320 3 day at the shop Show more
