UPDATE 2: Gina refunded me the cancellation fee. She told me she “wish(es) I had been more understanding” [and not posted my original review]. I was u...nderstanding. I was willing to schedule another workday around another appointment to accommodate her. I gave up when she didn’t respond until nearly 11pm when I was in bed, on a work night. If you’re reading this and decide to book with Gina based on all the other glowing reviews, as I had, I hope your experience is better than mine. UPDATE: would give negative stars if I could. Gina charged me a cancellation fee - the full price of the service. For a service SHE cancelled. She kept my credit card info and charged me over a week later. Maybe she thought I wouldn’t notice? I will update this review if she refunds me, otherwise I’m contesting with my credit card and filing a complaint with the BBB. Overall horrible experience - BEWARE. Gina cancelled on me two hours before my appointment - she shares a studio and forgot it wasn’t her day. I had arranged my whole work day to accommodate this available time. If I had cancelled or rescheduled 2 hours out I would have been charged the full amount. Gina offered to reschedule- I was disappointed but replied back asking if she had openings on Friday. Nearly 10 hours later Gina responded - at 10:48pm. Who sends a client a text at nearly 11pm? It shouldn’t take 10 hours to reply to a text conversation she started (and Gina should have had free time during my cancelled appt time). I would have been a loyal client, but this was too much.
