She truly listens and creates a safe, welcoming space — no judgment, just support and care. Marcella also takes the time to give honest feedback about the health of your hair and how to maintain it, which made me feel like my hair was in the right hands. She’s clearly focused on healthy hair, not just styling — and that makes all the difference. Highly recommend!
