Hello Markuon, I sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your service but I do want to touch on a few things in your review. When you arrived I was still with my previous client. Your appointment was at 12:45pm and I started on you at 1:10pm as soon as I checked out my other client. Your service time took longer that was specified when you booked because you did not book the 2strand twist that you informed me you wanted along with your Retwist until you sat in my chair, also there was no need to wear gloves since you did not receive a chemical service and I only put rubber bands on the 2 strands that may have come loose because all your Locs are not even. As for the phone, I had an important call one time and another client called to book a service. I am self employed, so I have to handle all my business needs on my own sometimes during a service. I wish you the best on your loc journey.
