Well to start it off this is my fourth time to the shop the first two times were great they did exactly what I asked for which was a part down the mid...dle and 4 straight back stitch braids on each side. I have natural hair no weave or nothing added in. The last two times it’s like she can’t get it right. The third time I told her the same thing part down the middle 4 stitch braids on each side. She ended up doing 3 stitch braids on each side and I didn’t notice until she was half way done and I said something but she would have had to start over and I didn’t have the time so I said don’t worry bout it which was no big deal just not the 4 I asked for. This last time which is today I told her same thing part down the middle 4 straight backs on each side. I didn’t mention the stitches because that’s all I ever got since I started going to her so I thought she knew that’s what wanted and that’s my mistake I guess for assuming. So she has two braids left and a customer with no appointment walks in and ask about a re twist and he says he would come back later because everyone was busy but she told him not to she only had two braids left on me so she rushed them last two braids to get him in and my last two braids are ugly AF. The last two in the pic are the ones she rushed on. She usually put moose on it at the end this time she didn’t and I believe she forgot because she was in a rush to get me out the chair and get the walk in in the chair. I went to my car to look at the braids after I paid and left a tip and was just not happy at all. I went back in the shop and asked to talk to her outside I told her she didn’t do the stitch braids and that I didn’t like it and she then told me it was an add on. I was a little confused because she never told me any other times she did it that the stitch braids were a add on and cost more. So I pulled up her page on the app so she could show me where it was at and there wasn’t an add on for stitch braids. So she then tells me that it would be 25 extra for stitch braids because it takes longer and I was a lil taken back because she didn’t say nothing about costing more for stitch braids any of the other times. The 1st pic is what I got today the 2nd pic is what I wanted smh the 3rd pic is her work from the first time she did my hair it was perfect and she didn’t charge me extra for the stitch braids smh I’m so disappointed because I know she can do it like I want it she did it perfect the first time but the last 2 times i feel like she didn’t really care about my hair. Hell Gerald. I will start by apologizing for what happened. - I didn't use the mousse not because because of the type of gel. Personally when I use that particular one I don't use mousse because it makes the gel loss hold. - you maybe came came other times when we where free and not working that's why we did 8 stitche braids for $50. ( Something we should have told you ). Well i am not here to justify myself. I promise to explain to you and do everything next time as you want.

My hair was left terribly uneven. I got cornrows and my center part was messed up due to it having uneven hair on each sides. The lady fixed it by pus...hing my center part over, after leaving I realized the parts on my side were also terribly one even. The last braid on each side of my head had one of them really high up and the other really down low, once again with hair that was uneven in each braid. I don’t think I’ll ever go back there. It was a waste of my money and time and I look ridiculous going out in public. Not to mention the lady kept stopping my hair and leaving the store to go do things. Show more

I gave 2 stars because they did do my hair exactly like the picture I showed. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of my experience here. I ...booked here due to the reviews of the staff being fast. They double booked my appointment time and spent a good 2 hours doing someone else’s hair instead of mine. The girl who was left to do my hair was slow and heavy handed. My appointment was supposed to end at 1pm and I left at 2pm. The lack of respect for my time as a customer was insane. Show more

It’s a extremely unprofessional and then they told m...e they can get my hair straight but my cousin was able too I just don’t recommended them at all AND YOU HAVE TO BUY THE HAIR and they never even tell you that even when you call so I won’t be coming back.
