Consultation Haircut Dry scalp treatment

This is the 2nd time I’ve seen Alex. He has a warm and cheery personality that draws you in and makes you comfortable. The first time I saw him, I got... a haircut to chop all of my blonde off. We discussed my hair goals, some problems areas I had, and things to consider to move me in the direction of my hair goals. One of the things we discussed was getting a scalp treatment. This recent visit, I booked a haircut + the scalp treatment. My scalp is dry, flaky and inflamed. Again we discussed my hair goals, what I’ve done to move towards my goals since our last visit. Can I say his scalp treatment was BLISSFUL! ❤️ He started with a gentle exfoliation using a brush to loosen any build-up and flakes. He went in and massages oil into my scalp. And LORD! The scalp massage was to die for! I would pay for that as a stand alone service! He wrapped my head and let the oil penetrate. Then he washed it out, and added a hydrating hair mask and let that sit as well. Did a final rinse and on to the cut! I am pretty lazy when it comes to my hair. I don’t heat style except on rare and special occasions. We talked about my routine, how I usually wear my hair (especially for work) and he got to work. He trimmed off my dead ends and added long, soft, textured layers that framed my face. He even styled it the way I would do it at home, which I appreciated. Stylists usually blow dry & straighten, or curl my hair and I can never style it the way it was done in the salon. I absolutely recommend the scalp treatment! It was so wonderful I decided that I would do it quarterly as part of my routine to get me closer to my hair goals. I love that Alex LISTENS and takes multiple things into consideration. I highly recommend him! Show more
