Wouldn’t recommend, did a great job on my hair but service was horrible. Appointment was at 10:30 didn’t get my hair started on til about 1:45-2:00. W...aited 4 hours to officially start my hair and had to postpone the rest of my day. Appointment was supposed to be over at 5:30 maybe 6:30. Didn’t finished until 9:30-9:45. Will not be coming back again. Did not notify me about running late until I got there and had to be let in building by someone else to get in contact with after already making a phone call. Traveled 30-45 mins from buda. Wasn’t accommodating what so ever, nor did I receive any compensation for waiting almost a 4 whole hours to get my hair done. Only thing that was offered was to “put extra hair” in my bundles which is not an equivalent to the 4 hours of my day that was wasted while I had other things to do. My experience was truly horrible. Then still insisted on taking pictures after I refused after being pushed back 4 hours. Never again. Hair looks great tho. Show more

I will never force anyone I believe I don’t deal with kids here I promise to improve it hurt me to see this cause I love and respect people that comes my way but I also understand not everyone is patient and understanding thank you for coming I took longer time cause I did small and extra length for free

I was really excited to get my hair braided here because I’d seen great reviews. I just happened to luck out I guess… I booked my appointment on Wedne...sday for Saturday evening. The stylist calls me the night before my appointment around 8:30 telling me that she doesn’t “do hair that late,” the appointment was for 5 pm. I was confused on why it was an option to select 5 pm, and she consistently said it wasn’t her fault. I would’ve appreciated more of a heads up because that gave me little to no time to find another broader. Thankfully I did, but I would definitely be weary of certain times booked if whatever is on her booking site doesn’t match her actual availability. Show more

Good day Marylin I understand you are mad but my point is how can you review someone’s business and rate when you know the wasn't a service provided for me that is a big disappointment some of you needs to stop playing with people businesses we are trying and in this life you can’t satisfy everyone we talk over it already so you could have just let it go as we both look forward in another time again technical issues occur I believe because you are telling me you book and I only saw your appointment the same day I made sure I called you directly to let you know that the was a mistake and also the style you wanted I couldn’t have done it from 5pm i was looking into finishing at 3 am for real well I think you are very mine and im glad I didn’t sacrifice my time and energy for you I wish you the best
