I recently visited this salon as a first-time customer, The stylist did an amazing job with my locs, which turned out dope. The stylist was knowledgea...ble and took the time to understand my hair needs. I also appreciated the recommendation for a barber, which was cool. However, I did feel like the shampoo service could have been more thorough. My hair was only washed once, and I would have loved a more extensive wash experience, especially considering my locs require a bit more TLC. A double wash or a longer wash service would have been amazing. Despite this, I felt safe and welcome at the salon, which is essential for me. The location was also convenient, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Overall, I would definitely return to this salon :) Show more

I had a great experience at the Loc Factory. The shop had really good vibes—clean, welcoming, and relaxing. Chi_handz-crazy definitely got them handzs.... She was super friendly and professional, and did an amazing job on my locs. The service was not only high quality, but also quick, which I really appreciated.
