The facility itself was beautifully maintained, clean and bright. Very professional looking. However there was no music or anything, you could hear a ...pin drop there. Not a very welcoming atmosphere. However who ever helped me barely said a word to me. Just pointed at a chair as soon as I walked in, didn't even say hello or shake my hand. They asked maybe 2 questions about my cut / style. The entire cut not a word was spoken except to ask if the cut was ok. I just said yes because I wanted to leave at that point. I wanted a bit more done to my beard but was afraid communicating it to them was not going to work. The cut itself, while very clean and done nicely, seemed very unprofessional. No product offered after my cut was done to style, no back of neck trimming, worst of all was the beard shave. No hot towel to loosen the skin, no lotion or cream for the shave, just WATER. Only WATER to run the razor against!? It made the cut feel very rough and a little painful. No aftershave offered or anything. They may be very good at cuts there, but I feel the "barber" aspect of this place has been overlooked. Not a good experience and will not go back. Show more
