I was coming here from a referral. First appointment the artist was 30-40minutes late. The second appointment the artist was a no call no show, I wait...ed at the shop for 40minutes. No response for almost 3 hrs later I get a phone call with them apologizing and would offer a $15 off my next appointment. I was understanding mistakes happen so I requested the artist make sure refund my appointment because if I cancelled my appt I would be charged a cancellation fee. The artist seemed to understand but then proceeded to still charge me a $100. All this being said, the mistake was never addressed properly by this artist , instead a week later I'm still waiting for a refund that was never initiated because when I called my bank and the app of where I booked my appt they confirmed no refund was coming. I would never recommend going here unless you wanna waste your time and have someone take your money. Her response to her own mistake smh be careful who you give business to. No accountability. Terrible customer service. Telling me I have no patience when I've been understanding for 7 days to get my money back Show more
