One thing that surprises me is how open his schedule still is, especially now that he’s in a new shop. I think some customers might misinterpret that as a lack of demand, but the truth is, he’s just building his clientele in a fresh location. The upside? You can usually get in without a long wait, which is rare for a barber of his caliber.
