I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Irene. I came in for a balayage retouch with a money piece, as I already had an existing balayage ...that only needed refreshing. Despite this, I was charged for a full balayage, which was not appropriate for the service performed. The final result is nothing like what was requested. My hair now has harsh, gray/white-looking streaks at the roots, no properly blended money piece, and lacks the warm blonde and caramel tones I specifically asked for. The color looks unblended and aging rather than refreshed. I also want to note that I took off work early to come to this appointment. At the time the service was done, the salon was busy with many customers, and I felt too embarrassed and uncomfortable to openly express how unhappy I was with the result. Only after leaving and seeing my hair in natural lighting did the extent of the poor color work become fully apparent. Because this service was not done correctly and does not reflect what I paid for, I will be requesting a refund, as I now have to go elsewhere and pay again to have my hair corrected. This experience was both disappointing and extremely costly, and I would not recommend based on this visit

She gave me a blow out that lasted to the next day perfectly and is even looking fantastic on day 3. I'm very grateful and looking forward to coming back!
