Update on what I received, gave a good review until I discovered how my hair was butchered after taking curls out. This is not $165 quality. I wanted ...a pretty layered bob did not receive. I’m used to a polished look and good quality when it comes to my bobs. I’m sorry this isn’t it. If you know you can’t deliver what the client is looking for it’s ok to say that instead of saying you can and taking my money. My head looks a mess! Did not get what I asked for, paid almost two hundred dollars with tip to end up seeing the cut was terrible after taking the curls out to see the bob I was supposed to get. The hair was curled before I can see what the cut look like. This is not a bob!!!!!! Pic posted of what I asked for vs what I got! Now you tell me if this looks anything like pic? Wanted an asymmetrical bob with layers instead this is what I got. People spend hard earned money for people to just play in their head. I am not happy and no, I’m not going back to fix. This is a whole mess. I don’t even trust you in my head anymore and to add insult to injury got poked in the back of my scalp with a damaged blow dryer comb in my head has a sore in the back. I WILL NOT BE BACK
