Your initial appointment had to be rescheduled due to a late arrival, which impacted the schedule for the rest of the day, as I had other clients booked. I had communicated in advance the time I could reasonably extend your appointment, but unfortunately, we were unable to proceed that day and agreed to reschedule for the following day. On the rescheduled date, there was minimal communication on your end, and I waited for over an hour and a half without an update. I genuinely made every effort to accommodate you, but unfortunately, things did not align due to circumstances beyond my control. I’m always committed to providing the best possible experience for my clients, and it’s disheartening to receive a review that doesn’t reflect the full scope of what occurred.
