I had the appointment at 10:15. Stayed until 10:20 and no one was even there to open the salon. I ended up having to find another place.

Ms. Trudy, I apologize for the misinformation. I am apprenticing and thought the app was used for appointment management on my end only. I am not able to book appointments without consent and was no aware you wished to have a service done. Again, I am so sorry.
