I tried to give this business more than one chance, but unfortunately, my experience has been consistently unprofessional. During my first visit, my ...appointment was completely overlooked—no one was there when I arrived. I waited and returned an hour later to finally get my pet groomed. Wanting to support the business, I gave them another try. The second experience was even more disappointing. I arrived to find the place closed with no prior notice, only to later be told they shut down for the day due to rain. I was advised to return at a new time, which I did—but again, no one was there. Twenty minutes after the new scheduled time, I received a call asking if I would still be coming. I informed them that I was already there and would not be returning after being repeatedly inconvenienced. The response I got was, "I’m here now." I requested a refund and cancellation, and later received another call with an apology and an offer for a free service. While I appreciate the gesture, I will not be returning. This level of disorganization and lack of communication is unacceptable, especially when it involves the care of pets. —Disappointed and Moving On

Denise was LOVELY to work with. She asked the right questions regarding our pups cut. She was friendly, amicable, and gave us great information about ...other small businesses in the neighborhood. We will definitely be going back for the pups next cart. It also helps that our girl looks adorable!

I liked the set up where my dog and I could see each other (she gets anxious). Nice little "fenced in yard" in waiting area. Groomers were young, bu...t very caring and did an excellent job. This is my new goto for dog grooming.
