OMG, I had an amazing experience! Cynthia was super friendly and instantly made me feel comfortable, even though it was my first time trying this serv...ice. I was honestly so scared at first, but she made the whole experience smooth and easy. Not only is she incredibly kind, but her customer service is top-notch. She constantly checked in to make sure I was okay and comfortable throughout the appointment. Her workspace was super clean and well-organized, which made me feel even more at ease. She also took the time to explain everything in such great detail, which I really appreciated. The service went way better than I expected—I’d give her 5 stars without hesitation!
