Hey as stated in messages when we spoke, you booked for the selection of “kids medium braids” but was looking to get “tribal knotless braids” … the braid styles WITHOUT HAIR ADDED comes with the wash and the hairstyles that WANTS BRAIDING HAIR, only includes the braiding hair which is why yours didn’t come with the wash because the braiding hair was included. I can be more clear about that and will update my description on that being that you’re the first person who has had an issue. The reasoning for not being able to wash her hair like stated was because it WAS NOT INCLUDED and I was informed the night before about the shampoo service being added on in which we spoke about several times in which I still ended up washing her hair and accommodating you by WAIVING the travel fee for inconveniences of me coming to you because I had other mobile clients. The location didn’t change last minute, i told you that if you came to me , I would not be able to shampoo her hair because I had other clients that booked BEFORE YOU and the shampoo wasn’t included in which I stated before several times the reasons of that. My policy states my deposit requirements, how much my deposit is and that it has to be sent before any appointment which is on my instagram that is linked to this booking site. I apologize that the communication was off as I did before and all of this will be taken into consideration and more up to date details will be posted ASAP. Thank you for your feedback. 🩷
