Yo soy la Dueña del negocio agradecemos su visita pero usted puede hablar con la verdad su Amiga hizo el apoime 9:30 y usted llegó las 10:00 de la mañana yo tengo capturas de los apoimes y yo soy la que le hize el color por segunda vez y esta fue la tercera vez que ustede visita para un color pero usted puede ser un poquito más consiente que no llego la hora programada entonces yo tenia apoimes y no podido atender y fue otra persona que lo atendió porqué yo hablé con usted que no podía hacer el color los Sábados porque gracias a Dios tengo muchos clientes en la mañana entonces ya no es mi culpa la culpa fue de ustede y por favor usted no puede poner malos comentarios acepte su Eror que yo le tenido mucha paciencia porque usted es muy fastidiosa pero yo e tratado de hacer que se baya feliz entonces la culpa fue de usted por no llegar a su apoime el la hora que fue programado y nunca llamó para desir que favor está con tráfico y por favor y no estaba quemado su cabello si está quemado ponga fotos no es verdad lo que usted dise yo como dueña estaba presente hasta que usted se fue y mil disculpas por lo ocurrido
