I purchased a gift card over ago for $150 and when I was ready to use the gift card and book a service the owner did not honor the gift card. He said ...the gift card was purchased when it was a previous owner, even though the name of the business is still the same. This is completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Show more

Hi Reina I'm sorry but is not our fault that the owner sold the business before you used your giftcard that you purchased 4 years ago. This is a small business not a big franchise and I think you should be ashamed on leaving a review of one star because we didn't redeem a gift card that we didn't sell to you. Google reviews are to let people know about our services not to try to make us look bad in a situation we were not involved. Very sad to see people that have time to try to make business look bad and they don't know all the hard work we put in to give our best to our customers. Thank you anyways 😊
Went in for facial and really liked it! The lady doing my facial was super nice. I will definitely be back :)

Soy clienta del lugar por 5 años, muy limpio y acogedor, tengo la mejor opinion de todos alli, son muy profesionales y agradables, siempre dispuestos ...a ayudar al cliente. La masajista (quien esta debidamente certificada) es increíble y con un amplio conocimiento de su trabajo, recomiendo este lugar 100% pues además tiene los mejores precios que puedas encontrar en este tipo de servicio . La señora del front desk es super amable y se ve que está tratando de dar lo mejor para que los clientes esten a gusto Cuatro años después de mi primer review debo decir que sigo siendo clienta de este lugar , he sobrevivido a varias administraciones y el nuevo staff es muy amable y profesional, un ambiente muy agradable y limpio July es increíble al igual que el resto del personal Show more

I had my eyebrows by Xigrid and a plasma facial by Elizabeth and both were very well done, very happy with the results of both . The place is clean an...d cozy and the staff super friendly and profesional. The prizes are reasonable and the service first class.
