I have a size chart that I go by , I have policy that I do send each client upon booking . I asked you to look at your hair before you left shop.after looking at your hair in the mirror and you didn’t tell me anything about issues that you had so that it could be fixed .. so within the 72hr time frame your more than welcome to come back to fix what you have an issue with in the photo . Next time please check your hair before leaving or contact the business line 7579974577 I apologize that you felt you couldn’t let me known in person look forward to you contacting me to fix the problem
