Women’s cut no style

She was so sweet but I had asked for curtain bangs instead I got traditional bangs. I didn’t realize it until it was too late. She was kind but I left... uncomfortable and I hate my hair. It’s half on me since I didn’t watch. Re: I did not come with a reference photos as I’ve had this exact same service done elsewhere with no prior photo. She assured me that she has cut bangs for a while and that I would be fine. There is only one type of curtain bang I have ran into and they have never been straight across bangs. After this I felt bad for my part in it as I didn’t speak up in the moment and I did not provide a picture. She felt bad and told me I could come in for free to fix it but the length was too short so only so much could be done. She then offered a refund and I told her I felt only partial would be acceptable, as I had a guilty part in it as well. I would have provided a picture if she would have asked me to provide one or insinuated she was unsure of what I was asking. She sent a full refund which I told her was not necessary. She also has changed her response to my review three times and has asked me to delete the review when she sent the refund. During the service she was very kind but now she’s not maintaining a professional relationship. I believe this is a learning experience for all and honest reviews keep business honest. Asking someone to delete a review while sending a refund is not professional. It was my honest experience with fault on both sides. I am in no way trying to harm her just trying to be honest. The client was asked to remove her post as she had received the bangs she originally requested. Unfortunately, she did not provide a reference photo when asked, so I proceeded based on my professional judgment and experience. During the appointment, I offered to make adjustments, including cutting the bangs shorter once they were dry, but she did not express any desire for long curtain bangs at that time. I take pride in my work and offer my services out of passion and dedication to the local community. As a courtesy, the client was fully refunded for the $25 haircut and the $15 tip, despite initially agreeing to receive only a partial refund.

My hair was so unbelievably messed up and unhealthy from another local salon and when I came in and started seeing these ladies it was like God wanted... me there. The vibes and the atmosphere is SO much healthier! My hair is looking beautiful and growing amazingly thanks to Kristina!
