Hello , this is Melennie with braids Kouture in regards to your review You booked an appointment same day in which I don’t allow (all over my sites) but was willing to accommodate you due to being a new client, I’m always ready to retain a client. I am a braider I am constantly using my hands not on my phone so no I didn't see you made a same day appointment , if so I always reach out and let you all know I don’t accept same day appointments. I went out my way to call you during my lunch break to ensure you would be serviced even tho it’s going against my policy In which I waited for you for and you never showed up I told you to come at 7 I would be ready no later then 7:30 so why would I say I would call you at 7:30 I would call you if anything changes is what I stated now my apologies where the miscommunication happened but i excel in my customer service and would never just leave a client hanging ! Sorry you received this experience I hope you do find a better fit and if not I hope to service you one day !
