Full Head Sew-In w/ leave out

I have fine thin hair but nothing overly thin. This was my very forst time getting hair extensions. I had asked for platinum hair extensions and i wan...ted to be able to wear my hair in a pony tail. Being as I was new at this experience, I asked her opinion which would look more natural to use a closure or to not and she said to not and so therefore she did not put the closure in my hair. My hair was entirely too thin to not have the closure. My braids are too tight and big and I developed sores on my head. I was very uncomfortable. I brought real platinum hair and she used black thick thread which did not blend in whatsoever stuck out like a sore thumb and in the end I was not able to even wear my hair in a ponytail at all or even leave the house for that matter. After going to multiple professionals they were in shock at the job that was done that they actually took pictures and posted them on their sites for what to NOT do. I went back to ask for a refund she had initially charged me $80 I gave her a $50 tip when I went back to ask her for a refund she gave me $50 back and said sorry for the incovenience. I had to go to a new salon wait two weeks with my hair the way it was pay $275 to have them uninstall it and then reinstall it. She did offer to uninstall it for me for free but I did not feel comfortable going back to her. She was however very personable and welcoming into her home unfortunately she did not have the capability to complete what she was supposed to be doing. Had she refunded entire job and maybe even a portion of her gratuity die to the extenuating circustances, i would have been much happier and i believe that that would have been fair considering everything i went through.
